Founder and Managing Partner
Jeremy Hovater launched his mergers and acquisitions career in 2010. He is a former CFO of a multinational aviation company that helped to lead the sell of the company to a major private equity firm. Throughout his career Jeremy has guided hundreds of business owners through successful transactions and business valuations. He holds a B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of North Alabama and an MBA from Georgia State University.
William Bruce
Partner
William Bruce is a seasoned business intermediary and valuation expert with nearly 40 years of experience facilitating the sale and acquisition of privately held businesses nationwide. He combines his deep industry knowledge with a proven track record of successful negotiations, strict confidentiality, and strategic guidance. A graduate of Auburn University and an Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) and Senior Valuation Analyst (SVA), William has owned multiple businesses and served in leadership roles in banking and local authorities. His expertise spans all business sizes and sectors, backed by certification as an expert witness in valuation disputes.
